Feeding Method: Push-type two-stage feeding
Basic Handheld Machine Operation:
1. Turn on the power, connect the air supply, and adjust the torque.
2. Pour screws into the screw hopper, ensuring the screw quantity does not exceed the height of the screw conveyor track.
3. Before tightening the screws, check if there is a screw to be tightened in the electric screwdriver chuck.
4. If there is no screw to be tightened in the electric screwdriver chuck, press the manual screw feed button to move the machine and ensure there is a screw to be tightened in the electric screwdriver chuck.
5. After ensuring the electric screwdriver adjustment button is in the screw tightening position, hold the electric screwdriver with one hand and the workpiece to be tightened with the other, align it with the screw hole, and press down to tighten the screw.
6. After the electric screwdriver reaches the preset torque and automatically stops, lift the electric screwdriver to tighten the second screw. Repeat this process to tighten all screws. -
