Operating Description: Upon power-on, the automatic machine issues a material demand command. The feeder immediately supplies material upon receiving the command.
The material distribution mechanism completes the distribution. A ring sensor detects whether the screw is in place (the ring sensor must be fitted onto the end of the air tube, 30mm from the clamp). Once the screw is in place, it sends a pulse signal. Upon receiving the material signal, the automatic machine tightens the screw to prevent damage to the customer's product. If the feeder fails to detect the screw in place after feeding, the distribution mechanism will distribute the material again. If no screw is detected after three consecutive failures, an alarm will sound. To prevent jamming, a sensor on the guide rail indicates that the hopper needs refilling if no material is detected within 5 seconds. -
